Living in Connection with the Landscape
Large glazed surfaces form the heart of the design, drawing the outdoor environment deep into the interior. Wood and natural stone complement the transparency of the façade, adding warmth, texture and depth. These natural materials enhance the sensory experience of the home and reinforce the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Every architectural decision was made with the surrounding landscape as a guiding principle.
Bukarest BK12R: Raw, Textured and Authentic
The façade is largely constructed using LAPIDE’s Bukarest BK12R natural stone bricks. This distinctive selection features a dynamic mix of brown, grey and blue tones, combined with a robust, coarse texture. Applied in varying formats and laid in a random bond pattern, the stone creates a layered, almost stacked appearance. Partially recessed joints further emphasize the raw character, resulting in a façade that feels natural, expressive and timeless.
