JVY
Project JVY is a striking contemporary home defined by clean cubist lines and strong material contrast. Black architectural elements, from the garage volume to the window frames and louvers, create a sharp counterpoint to the textured natural stone façade, resulting in a design that feels both modern and grounded.

Openness toward the landscape
While the street-facing façade remains calm and restrained, the villa opens generously to the garden through expansive glazing. This deliberate spatial choreography enhances the relationship between interior and exterior, allowing daylight to flow deep into the living spaces. The contrast between robust stonework and sleek black detailing brings balance, sophistication and a sense of architectural clarity.
Karlovy Vary as a signature material
A defining feature of the project is the use of Karlovy Vary KV12R. With their rugged surface structure and deep tonal nuances, the stones introduce depth, rhythm and authenticity. Applied in expressive masonry, the material strengthens the home’s timeless character, proving how natural stone can elevate even the most minimalist contemporary form.
