Mediterranean forest villa
This elevated villa stands boldly amid tall trees, where monumental natural stone columns define its presence. Robust stone forms contrast with sleek plaster surfaces and expansive glazing, creating a residence that feels both grounded and contemporary. At the core of the design is a celebration of texture and material authenticity, with LAPIDE Rocks stone as the hero element that commands attention and character.

Light, space and sculptural form
Inside, the villa unfolds with generous light and spatial openness. There are no closed doors, just flowing spaces that mirror the exterior’s play of heights and volumes. Large windows frame views of the landscape, while the interplay of stone, plaster and glass enhances the sense of depth and connection with the outdoors. This sculptural approach to form and material creates a living environment that feels both dynamic and harmonious.
LAPIDE Rocks in its element
The façade’s striking aesthetic is shaped by Christiani CH12R an expressive, rugged natural stone that brings texture, scale and presence to the architecture. Its robust character contrasts with refined surfaces, giving the villa a compelling visual identity. The same expertise also delivered the travertine flooring throughout the interior, reinforcing the project’s consistent use of premium stone materials.
